This explains why the Gnome's owner was carefully watching the pours.

And I think they were doing 2 oz pours most of the time. Just checked. If you got 1 oz, that would be really low in the glass. Still, that's like an $8 pint.Bluehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10137767792716025790noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3468600705723778114.post-87472271543667606742009-03-23T21:46:00.000-07:002009-03-23T21:46:00.000-07:00btw, that was me, accidentally posting while logge...btw, that was me, accidentally posting while logged in under the blue nile google account.
cheers,
alalhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11167641659239441303noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3468600705723778114.post-56670475440768094032009-03-25T08:58:00.000-07:002009-03-25T08:58:00.000-07:00Nice write-up Mag, I thought the event was alot of...Nice write-up Mag, I thought the event was alot of fun, and really liked Kimono Girl as well.Aaronhttp://captainsbeerblog.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3468600705723778114.post-9974292839426930872009-03-25T09:37:00.000-07:002009-03-25T09:37:00.000-07:00Thanks Aaron.Al, Kris was saying the issue had som...Thanks Aaron.

Al, Kris was saying the issue had something to do with the brewpubs having to fill out certain paperwork that they were not aware of. No matter. It's not like they were lacking for casks.Maghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09714408043398668476noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3468600705723778114.post-17081482004965701222009-03-25T10:47:00.000-07:002009-03-25T10:47:00.000-07:00I believe the lack of showing from the local brewp...I believe the lack of showing from the local brewpubs has to do with our wonderful MN beer laws. Something with the use of tickets is construed as the attendee buying each sample from the respective brewery and as we all know, brewpubs can only sell their product on their own site. There might be some type of exemption paperwork but it appears not to have been well laid out as to how a brewer might go about applying for such exemption.Krishttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07266585394191707735noreply@blogger.com
